Are there any active volcanoes on the Moon?

There have certainly been many reports of bright reddish flashes of light from certain areas that contain features which look like cinder cones, particularly the central peak of craters such as Aristarchus. Even irregular glows that look like recently exuded lava flows have been reported by seasoned observers, most of whom are amateur astronomers. Though not as active as the Earth, the Moon seems to have its moments of activity here and there and now and then.
