This size telescope ( about 2 1/2 inch aperture ) if it is attached to a good quality mounting that doesn't vibrate, is a perfect instrument for looking at the Moon, the bright planets, the rings of Saturn and the moons of Jupiter. As for objects outside the solar system, there are many fine star clusters, nebulae and double stars that are now within reach to observe.
