Were all 8 planets in the daytime sky on 23 August 1946 from San Antonio, Texas?

Not just San Antonio! On August 23 you would have seen Jupiter, Venus, Mars, Neptune and Pluto to the east of the Sun, and Saturn, Uranus and Mercury to the west. Of course in the daytime this would not have been visible, so you would have had to look just before sunrise and just after sunset to actually see the planets.
