At what latitude do you see the earliest sunset in December and the latest in January?

My ephemeris shows that the earliest sunset slides from 16:35 on December 12 at +40 to 13:21 on December 20 at +66 degrees North. North of +66 degrees, the Sun doesn't rise at all. In January, the latest sunrise is also near +66 North....

It all has to do with the inclination of the axis of the Earth, and its orbital speed.
