You would be able to see the Earth from most locations on the side of the Moon facing the Earth. The details depend on your exact lunar latitude and the time of the month. Here is a lovely photo taken by Apollo 17 astronauts. It shows Astronaut Schmidt with the Earth just above the American flag!
