It seems like there ought to be a real obvious joke buried in this one, but I cannot find it! If you ar falling into a black hole, passing across the Event Horizon is a real 'point of no return', but distant observers would never see you actually cross this point, even though you would note this moment based on the passage of time in your reference frame.
