No. There have already been many planetary conjunctions involving the largest planets in the solar system, and none of these had any measurable effect upon the Earth. The Moon, however, does produce the so-called 'Proxigean Spring Tides' which do produce lots of severe coastal flooding. Have a look at my Moon - Tides question archive for related topics. When the Moon is at Full or New phase at its closest to the Earth ( perigee) its tide-producing force is very large and you get some pretty spectacular high tides that are many feet over the average level for several days.
