Can other moons in the solar system get synched with their planets rotation?

Yes. In addition to Earth's own Moon, both moons of Mars have their rotation periods locked to their orbital periods, and also show chaotic behavior because they are so irregular in shape. The Jovian satellites Amalthea, Io, Europa, Ganymede and Callisto. All of the moons of Saturn except the most distant one, Phoebe; and the moon of Uranus: Miranda. There may be others, but determining their rotation rates is difficult ,so we don't know if they equal their orbital period or not.
