It is not feasible at all.
The only credible versions of anti-gravity devices are what the Earth ships in Babylon 5 use. You can simulate gravity in a rotating cylinder. If any of you have ever taken a ride caller Vortron in an amusement park, you know what this can feel like. The problem is that for a turning radius less than about 50 feet, you become very disoriented. ALso, a rotating space station would never work the way that you see in movies like 2001:A SPace Odyssey. Eventually the gravitational torques would cause terrible precession effects like a bobbing, spinning top.
