Is there enough oxygen on Mars to support life?

Considering that many species of anaerobic bacteria exist on Earth that do not even use oxygen to obtain energy, the issue of whether enough oxygen exists on Mars to support life is not even the key question. There is plenty of oxygen locked up in oxidized minerals on the martian surface, and we know that some types of Earth bacteria are more than capable of extracting oxygen and other gases from terrestrial rocks to obtain energy.

So, I would have to say that, yes, there is enough oxygen on Mars to support life.
