Can you see a quasar in a 10-inch telescope?

The only quasar available is 3C273 which has a visual magnitude of +12.8m. I think this would be a hard object to see with a 10-inch telescope except faintly under perfect, dark sky conditions. Don't quote me on this but I think this is correct. With a camera and a 10-inch telescope, it would be a piece of cake however!
