Where can I get a photograph of a specific star in the sky whose coordinates I know?

Your best bet is to use the on-line Palomar Digital Sky Survey. See my answer to the question about 51 Pegasi. I give an example of how to access the DSS and download a GIF image of the star field whose right ascension and declination coordinates you provide.
