My best list of the largest stars by radius is:
Mu Cephi about 1500 times the Sun Betelgeuse about 900 times the Sun Antares about 530 times the Sun Deneb about 145 times the Sun
The largest stars by mass, which probably exceed 50 - 100 times the Sun's mass are:
Cygnus OB2 Star number 12 Eta Carina Zeta Scorpii HD 93129A P Cygni
