Will Theory of Everything predict exactly what will happen tomorrow?

Not really. All the theory may tell us is why fundamental particles have the specific properties that they do, and why the different forces of nature are what they are in excruciating detail. Like all other mathematical representations of nature, it cannot let us make super-accurate predictions of the details of tomorrow's world because most physical systems are either based on the indeterminacy of quantum theory, or are non-linear and chaotic. Only a very limited spectrum of 'deterministic' forecasts are possible given these ground rules. Besides, TOE is a theory of very high energy phenomena, and most of the world that we experience and worry about is very low energy, and perfectly well understood by ordinary quantum mechanics and Newton's physics.
