Is there a constellation called 'The Head of Satan'?

Not in the standard constellation lore.

There is, however, something called Christian Astrology or Astronomy, in which some of the constellation names remain the same but their mythology is completely changed. Virgo the Virgin becomes Mary the mother of Jesus, and in this constellation lore, the Head of Satan is another name for Serpens Caput which is usually translated as the Head of the Serpent.
