What are the colors of the stars in the Big Dipper?

Only the stars Dubhe (orange) and Alkaid (blue-white) would be expected to have any color based on their spectral classes of K0 III and B3 V. The rest of the seven stars are all A-type stars and would be white in color. Most stars will look white because they are so faint that they don't activate our eye's color-sensing 'cone' cells.
