The Transit of Venus Diaries

Not since 1882 has any human seen the planet Venus pass across the face of the Sun. This webpage recounts the experiences of Dr. Sten Odenwald as he works with NASA to popularize this rare event. This page will include some of the highlights of how we set up this program, and the many resources on the web that resulted from this idea. I had a significant role to play in most of them, and I am delighted for the huge response by the public and by educators for these resources!
